In cooperation with the IMF's Fiscal Affairs Department and the World Bank's Governance Global Practice we hosted an exposition and reception on “PEFA 2016 and Other Fiscal Diagnostics”. The event was organized on April 11, at the start of the IMF-WBG Spring Meetings.

Speakers at the event included:

  • Lewis Hawke, Head of PEFA Secretariat
  • Richard Hughes, Division Chief, Fiscal Affairs Department, International Monetary Fund

The event also featured a 'market place’ where PEFA 2016 and other diagnostics tools were presented, including: the IMF's Fiscal Transparency Code and Evaluation (FTE), PPP Fiscal Risk Assessment Model (P-FRAM), and Public Investment Management Assessment (PIMA); the Tax Administration Diagnostic Assessment Tool (TADAT); GIFT’s Indicators of Public Participation in Fiscal Policy; and the World Bank’s Debt Management Performance Assessment (DeMPA) and BOOST initiative to promote open budgets.
