Lewis Hawke, Head of PEFA Secretariat, participated in the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) International Seminar that took place on 24–25 November at the European Court of Auditors in Luxembourg. Participants shared good public financial management practice from across the world. Lewis presented the upgraded PEFA 2016 framework and outlined PEFA future plans as part of the upcoming Phase V of the PEFA program.
